1.  Psychologist consultations-2/ month – total 6 consultations
2. Yoga sessions – focussing on breathing techniques – 2 sessions / month – total 6 yoga sessions
3. If extra assistance is needed then 1  Homeopathic doctor consultation with medicine ( optional )
